So, when our friends had some business to take care of and invited us along, we said yes!

You can see we had some outstanding weather. Not much rain, mostly blue skies. Of all the visits we've experienced in Quito, we'd say we've lucked out with mostly good weather, in all times of the year. Usually warmer and clearer than Cuenca!
Could we live in Quito? You bet! Quito is a lot bigger than Cuenca, so more services, better shopping and entertainment. More international, more diverse. Probably no more expensive than Cuenca, depending on where you live. Lots of neighborhoods to choose from...
Maybe someday...
