Saraguro Town Square

(We've decided to do several blogs on this fascinating Saraguro.  This is part 3, with one more to go.)

We visited the town cemetery.

Interesting trees in the background.

Some street scenes.

Big Church at the Square.

Inside of the Church.

The alter area had an amazing collection of fresh flower displays.  There was even a statue of the Pope, smaller version than the ones in Cuenca.

We didn't get close-up pictures because we didn't want to disturb the prayers.

Beautiful stained glass.

Door is open to the square outside.

Lovely flowers in the park.
